
Victoria Martinez is a civil litigation attorney at Bernhardt Riley, Attorneys at Law known for her strong courtroom advocacy, strategic critical thinking and dedication to her clients. Raised in Southwest Florida, Victoria pursued her undergraduate studies at Florida International University where she majored in Criminal Justice and also earned her Pre-Law Skills Certificate which laid the foundation for her legal career and sharpened her understanding of the legal system. Her passion for the law led her to Ave Maria School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor, honed her advocacy skills as a member of the Moot Court Board, and served as the President of the Latino Law Student Association.
Since entering practice, Victoria has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses while protecting clients’ interests both in and outside of the courtroom for a wide range of civil matters.
When she is not representing her clients, Victoria values her quality time with her husband and their dog, Helda. She enjoys reading, baking, and exploring new cities by traveling with family and friends.
