1. Program Description

2. Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your matter and your opt-in selections. Non-marketing messages are sent as needed in connection with your active matter or inquiry. Marketing messages are sent periodically and infrequently.

You may opt in to SMS communications by checking the appropriate consent checkbox(es) on any contact or intake form on brflorida.com. Checking the checkbox constitutes your express written consent to receive the category of messages described in that checkbox.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase, engagement, or receipt of legal services from Bernhardt Riley, PLLC.
4. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent, unless you re-subscribe.

7. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to your carrier’s network availability and coverage. Bernhardt Riley, PLLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier or network conditions.
